Insulation & Drywall-7/10

The toilet space in my bathroom. It is right under the huge front window. But I am glad to have a window in my bath. And yes, I'll have blinds people. Not only for our sake but for the passer-byes. Geesh.
My beautiful bathroom.
The whole of the future stairs & Cam's room.
Looking down the stairs and the frame for my laundry's pocket door. WHoo-Hoo!
The upstairs hall and my bedroom. They drywalled the celings first and then the walls. Those pieces are laying in place where they are to be hung.
Outside Mike's office window and my favorite space. My guest side door.

Insulation in the playroom.
We chose shredded paper insulation. It isn't very common. But Mike is good at researching the best product to hold down future expences.
Cam kept grabbing the insulation by the handfuls. We had just paid someone to put it in. Plus then she was all dirty, not to mention the pain of trying to pack what she took back into the gaping whole. Crazy-girl.
From the inside of my bedroom looking out, through my wall. I won't be able to do that much longer. (YES!!)

A package from Grandma! Usually there is at least 1 when we get home.:) She has GREAT taste, whatever it is. This time it happened to be food and house stuff.
Cam showing off the porch posts Mike is custom building for us. His goal was to finish them at night when I was at VBS but I ended up needing him to assist me. We will have 9-13 of them Ican't remember right now. Aren't the beautiful. HE DOES GREAT WORK AND IS SOOO TALENTED. I love it of course. Who knew my 2 favorite subjects, Interior Design and Bible Teaching would go hand in hand w/His gifts, Carpentry and Worship Leader?? GOD DID, OF COURSE.
Pauline and Aden. Mike's aunt and uncle. MY Surrogate IN-Laws. I am so thankful for Pauline. She has been such a blessing to me and my girls. Plus, we could spend hours and hours talking design and decor. I quietly try to talk her in to opening a business or shop w/ me. Do you know how much fun that would be???We also do crafts together and she is my "official sewing instructor". She has made costumes for my girls and helped me sew my first apron. We go to her house for lunch, sew while the kids play and then chat over coffee w/ HGTV in the backround. So my idea of fun!!! You know it's a great relationship when someone can make your coffee just how you like it. 1 time in fact I had to take Emme for a Root canal at 6:30 in the morning. Cam was still a nursing baby. I showed up to her house she took Cam right out of my arms and replaced her w/a hot mug of cappucino/coffee. WHAT A BLESSING!! Love Her!
