Good times ~Part C~

As my main birthday present this year, I received a table and chair set I had my eye on for a while now. It was for sale at an antique store which they had purchased from an estate sale earlier in the summer. I have 6 chairs and one round table that came w/2 leafs. It extends pretty far. I plan on recovering the seat part. Even though the pad and material are in great shape the pattern is just not me. Plus I am going to paint the chair itself. I have it narrowed down to 3 colors. Champagne gold, silver, (which are both metallic) or white. I am going to leave the table in it's original condition. It is gorgeous. But i want to mix things up a bit to make it more youthful. Yea! so excited. I am waiting for my girls to go back to school before I undertake this project!


The other 2 dresses I bought w/my gift card. I have worn the green one out already. It was such a good summer dress. You may be saying to yourself, "I am not sick of it", like the people in your town are. But oh. . just wait. . . till Christmas cards arrive this year. Wink, wink. . .:)
