Abbey painting her own room. She wanted HOT PINK. I chose the lighter swatch but it's still neon.

Abbey comparing 2 pink samples. The right one we chose to go in Emme's room.

Emme in her element. She is so artistic. Notice her face. She put in a request for a 'rainbow room'. We asked if that meant an actual rainbow on the wall. She replied, "no I just want every single color in my room". Ha.

Even though she loves to laugh and goof around. She takes painting seriously!

Her final colors. We are giving her a pink and purple room. In large diamond patterns. Probably including some kind of diamond embellishment. She
IS our glamour girl.

Cam really wants to paint. So sad.

Because we know this would happen. Yes that is a pair of pliers in her mouth. Disgusting.

My room's drywalling is completed. It really looks like a bedroom now. I can't wait!

PLEASE DADDY!!!

Don't you love her long braids. Finally, another approved hairstyle by my self-appointed tomboy. I love and appreciate how different all the girls are. Only an awesome God-Creator could make them.

BURNED OUT! I am exhausted.

Me feeling Haggurd.

Who's getting dinner???

She was finally allowed to paint a small spot but to make her feel included we gave her, her very own paintbrush. She LOVED it and carried it around all night.

Trying to catch a breeze from the side of our porch. The inside of the house was extremely stifling. The girls had to check on what John was up to. (The neighbor boy whose driveway is way to close:) We can see everything. But that can be a good thing.
