Emme had her first pre-school, home-school, field trip yesterday. We had a blast. We went and watched "Kung Fu Panda". I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I seemed to stay engaged during the whole film, surprisingly. Even to the point of anarchy from Cam. I loved it. And laughing couldn't have come at a much more needed time for me.
It rained all day. We showed up way to early to the theater, so we pushed our after movie treat to before. Dunkin' Donuts! Yummy. I had the gooiest bagel I've ever laid hands on and a mouth watering mocha. I savored the whole combination. Ask Beth, I kept telling her "this is so much fun". "This is my idea of a great day".
Looking forward to a great, last, full year, (maybe?) w/ Emme at home!! Trying my best to live it up. And not give in to the feelings of drudgery. I know I will look back on these days and they will have seemed so short.

Do you think we've started a Friday afternoon trend? I got more work out of Grant on Friday, cheerfully, I might add, than any other day! And I can see we're going to get into "who gets to blog this first?" I was sitting at the movie trying to think how I could blog it!!!!
But now, don't go getting all mysical and kung-fuey on me.
I forgot to say I loved the "maybe" part!!
we saw that movie as well! it was good! this was only the 2nd movie logan and gavin have been to at the theater!
