Ang~ lovingly painting my laundry room. My favorite color! Sort of a Tiffany & Co. blue. Although I am pretty sure she called it "the wrong color" blue. But I have a vision people.... Stick w/me I know What I am doing. After all, I am certified. And if I am wrong, well.... there's always..... PAINT!
Pauline painting Em's base coat of all pink. Whoa that's bright. 2 of us painted 2 rooms in 2 hours. She painted 2 rooms in 1 hour by herself. Mike says she does the work of 2 grown men. She's AWESOME! And knowledable, she had to calm me down a few times. Saying the added elements such as, carpet, furniture, & curtains, will not only change the wall color it will tone them down a notch.
See?? 2 people painting Cam's room. MY MOST FAVORITE COLOR in the WHOLE house. Because I get to pick everything w/out any other opinions. And it can be 'all femenine' to my hearts content!!! So her color is "Morning Breeze" a.k.a. light teal. I plan on painting a white wash over top then stenciling a white femenine pattern sparingly around the room. She has a white beadboard furniture set and a old-fashioned patchwork quilt. I bought a cabinet w/a chicken wire front that I plan on painting white and filling it w/all the doll statues the Braley's have given us over the years!!
Again, Finished first!!! All by her self, including all the cutting in. We had a blast that night. It was the 5 of us w/out kids. We got babysitters and had taco bell w/cappi's. LOVED IT!!****THANK YOU Anthony, Ang & Pauline. We appreiciate you guys.*****.
P.S. We live in a small town. Everyone "knows" everyone else's business, if you know what I mean??? (Maybe you don't). Well Anthony's parents were driving by and decided to stop in. I got to show them everything as well. I used to resent the small town mentality but now I have embrassed the sense of Community. Others really do care about us and I do not take that for granted!
